Before starting anything first prepare your mind that it is not as easy as it looks. working out at home seems easy and simple but for obtaining results out of it is really difficult keeping in mind all the restriction of space, equipment, and laziness due to home comfort, but if one is dedicated enough and ready to give his/her 200% then surely the results obtained will worth it keeping in mind the diet as it is almost 80% if the transformation.

It is advised to all the beginners to start slow and steady but try to be consistent throughout your approach. first start with some basic exercises, just with the help of your body weight. don't expect sudden or drastic changes in your body, your primary motive is to be consistent and let your body get used to exercising because when you start exercising in the first week due to extra stress on your muscles of which they are not used to, your body reacts with pain in different areas but there is no need to worry about the pain it's normal but essential too. during this time your commitment towards fitness will be tested. it is seen that majority of people give up during the first few days due to pain and laziness but once you got through this congratulation you have laid a foundation towards your fitness goals.


Exercises for beginners without equipments


1. Push up
It is one of the most highly recommended exercise which can be performed by anyone, anywhere in the world. pushup affects your core, triceps, back, shoulder, and most importantly chest muscles and it can be performed anywhere you just need a flat surface that's it.


2Squats 

It is the most prescribed exercise for your legs and lower core muscles. again very convenient to perform and needs very less space, just a flat surface. if it is combined with lunges then it is a complete package for leg workout for a beginner.


3. Running

Running can increase your stamina and endurance plus it is a fat burner exercise but if you can't go out then its best alternate is to run on stairs up and down at least 10 rounds with can increase your stamina plus also increase your leg strength by affecting thigh and calf muscles.


4. Plank

It is the best exercise to strengthen one's core. people often recommend crunches butt they are just a waste of time in front of planks. it is very simple yet one of the most difficult exercise to perform. it targets your whole stomach and helps in strengthening your core.
